Tom Blomqvist is excited to return to Acura Meyer Shank Racing w/ Curb Agajanian (“Acura MSR”) for the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season. Tom will once again team up with Colin Braun in the No. 60 Acura ARX-06, heading into their third season together after strong campaigns in 2023 and 2025.
“I’m really looking forward to 2026 and getting back behind the wheel with Acura MSR,” said Tom. “We’ve already started preparing, and bringing back the same lineup is a huge advantage. Everyone on the team has the talent and drive, and with HRC supporting us, we’re focused on going after the championship.”
Tom and Braun kicked off the 2025 season with a runner-up finish at Daytona, adding to Tom’s impressive record of two Rolex 24 at Daytona wins. They also earned a podium at the inaugural Indianapolis 10 Hour after achieving a standout victory at the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen. These results build on Tom’s career-long consistency, which includes six wins, six pole positions, and 15 podiums across his IMSA campaigns.
Prior to 2025, Tom had already claimed the 2022 IMSA Championship with Acura MSR, cementing his place as one of the series’ top drivers. That championship, combined with his Daytona successes and multiple wins and podiums with the Acura LMDh program, highlight his experience and proven ability to perform at the highest level.
