The second round of the FIA eTouring Car World Cup took Tom to Hungaroring, Hungary
The weekend saw a strong haul of points for Tom and his CUPRA EKS team
Drawn in Pool Furious, Tom got off to a positive start by being fastest in Qualifying 2
Unfortunately, Tom recorded a DNF in his Quarter Final race
However, Tom bounced magnificently to win his Semi-Final to line up fourth on the grid for the SuperFinal.
In the SuperFinal, Tom held his position initially, before moving up to second at mid-race distance and crossing the finishing line in second place
As a result, Tom heads to CIRCUITO DEL JARAMA Circuito Del Jarama, Spain, this week (17 - 19 June) fourth in the overall standings with 138 points
"Congrats to the team and Adrian on victory this weekend. A DNF in the quarter-final cost me big time but we bounced back with a strong result in the remaining races and managed to collect another 1-2 for the team!"
